Andy Evans is focused on developing a wealth management team to serve Astra’s clients for this generation and the next. He works closely with the next generation of advisors at Astra to ensure clients’ continuity of service.

“If we can build a financial bridge for our clients to their heirs, sharing the values that came with building their wealth, it will create a more meaningful impact for the next generation”.

In his 30+ year career, Andy worked at Paine Webber, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada, and Wells Fargo Advisors. In 2019, he made the leap to create an independent financial firm and in 2023 converted Astra to an RIA (Registered Investment Advisor). With his partners, he founded Astra Wealth Management to provide a more authentic, independent service to his clients. Andy graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1989 with a BS in Economics.

After sitting at his desk all day, Andy makes being active a priority in his spare time. Over the years, he’s been active in outdoor and indoor soccer, as well as Spartan and Tough Mudder racing. Currently, he’s into hiking, biking, and golfing.
